I have over 8 years recruitment experience, combined with a career at Operations level in Hospitality and Customer Service in Retail prior to this.

 

Throughout my career, I have understood the importance of outstanding customer service, and put it at the forefront of everything that I do; making me a compassionate and understanding Consultant when it comes to relationship building and delivery.

 

Outside work, I have a very busy family life, being mummy to my girls Harper & Harlow, who are nearly 4 & 2 years old, outside pursuits with a highly energetic cocker spaniel & a supportive backbone to my business driven, Manchester City mad fiancé, Sam. Friends, a bottle of fizz & the sunshine is what keeps me afloat – and Summer 2023 will see me add to the organised chaos that little bit more, by welcoming baby girl number 3!

 

I enjoy nothing more than taking ownership of both the candidate and client interaction, ensuring both sides are listened to; for me, it’s all about the detail, whether that’s the candidate, company culture, or the job requirements. I need to know it all!! - this is what allows me to make the ideal match.

For me, there’s nothing more rewarding than a job perfectly done (I enjoy being in control), and the obvious break from the kids & a hot brew in hand.
